Utica Blue Sox
Problem Statement
The Utica Blue Sox found themselves in need of a brand refresh and a more comprehensive marketing strategy for the 2024 season. In previous seasons, the organization only had a logo and colors that were inconsistently used and very low social media interaction rates.
Solution
I introduced an entire branding system that was implemented across physical mediums and social media campaigns. The new system saw a drastic increase in viewer interaction across all platforms. Below are a few selected pieces done during the season that clearly highlight the new design system and versatility across mediums.

Jersey Designs
One of my biggest projects that involved working with additional clients were the specialty charity jerseys for the season. Each jersey had multiple variations that led to the final results which the sponsors and I felt represented the cause best. These jerseys reached bids up to $500 from fans who then continued to love and wear them for many more games to come. Players also put bids in for their jerseys to be able to keep the design themselves.

Social Media Graphics
By far the most extensive work I did for the Blue Sox, this system of social media graphics was my biggest responsibility. I created multiple up to date graphics daily for the team making sure to keep fans updated on game days, lineups, player stats and so much more. Part of this responsibility also included caption writing and social media management across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
